Our Company
Ganix Bio-Technologies, Inc, a Nevada corporation, with headquarters in Las Vegas, has been established to commercially market proprietary, exclusively licensed, bio- technology products with its primary focus on aquaculture, commercial agricultural applications, turf management, and home, lawn & garden retail products (soil rejuvenation products). All Ganix™ products are organic and are renewable with no environmental impact.Ganix Bio-Technologies™ has two primary strategic initiatives. The first, aquaculture, includes the raising of shrimp utilizing state-of-the-art micro-biological sciences which eliminate the need to discharge any effluent. This process allows Ganix™ to maintain a sustainable, renewable, pathogen free supply of organic, fresh shrimp. Ganix’s™ aquaculture growth plan includes an expansion of our research and development facility in Newburg, North Dakota and full scale production aquaculture center in southern Nevada. In June 2008 Ganix broke ground on our first full size facility in Allendale, Michigan. Construction will be completed in early 2009.
Ganix Bio-Technologies’™ second initiative is soil and water products which replace chemical fertilizers, fungicides and pesticides. This technology will replace dangerous chemicals with a safe, toxic-free, organic alternative. Ganix’s™ product portfolio is divided into eight product lines

MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY CHAIN
Ganix Bio-Technologies™ has a self-contained manufacturing facility located in Salton City, California. On-site operation includes a fully equipped laboratory, manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing of Ganix™ products under quality controlled conditions. Ganix™ maintains in excess of 10,000 gallons of product inventory at all times, to meet customers’ demand throughout the United States.
